Raiders' Wing
A - Sigilyph Battle! (Open)
It’s not too hard to find Shay whenever he’s out and about without the intent to actively avoid people. In fact, one might find him before or at the Pokemon Center after his catch of a brand new flying-type for his team.
It hasn’t been uncommon for Pokemon species non-native to Alolan soil accidentally making their way to the islands. But according to his Rotomdex, the strange garishly bright-colored creature was both partially psychic-type and extremely reclusive.
The wild Pokemon was almost aimless yet determined about its impromptu patrol around one of the beaches.
At first, he sent out Scuttle to challenge it, reasoning that their Ice Beam would make the fight a fair matchup, but a well-executed Psychic knocked out the air-headed bird in a single hit. Embarrassing. (Hopefully, nobody saw that part. Why did he still have them in his main rotation?)
The Sigilyph was almost glaring down at him, apparently unamused at Shay’s sudden interruption. Which meant he should pick someone else on his roster before the wild Pokemon acted on its feelings.
"Darkbird!" Shay called out as he tossed out the ball containing his Corvisquire. And as the corvid soared, the Sigilyph let loose with an Energy Ball, which was no trouble for his shiny companion to dodge.
A few exchanges of attacks, a broken Pokeball, and an expertly delivered critical Swift attack later… Shay has a Pokemon with a specific skill set that would be sure to come in handy.
B - Spyral Mission (Closed | ft. Joker, Tsukasa Kadoya... vs Kaito Daiki?)
Shay wasn’t sure of what he was expecting after personally endorsing that kid, but if this Akira Kurusu is his new partner now then it’s just a thing that's happening now it seems.
"We’ll cover more ground if we split up," the teen starts matter-of-factly and with all seriousness. But he does think it’s good to finally be back on duty thanks to the new arrangement. "There's a man supposedly familiar with our thief by the name of Tsukasa Kadoya, usually seen around the coffee shops."
He closes his notebook and pockets it before finally turning his gaze to Akira. "Let me know if you find out anything first."

Spyral Mission
Akira held his chin, listening to Shay. Coffee shops, huh? Akira gave a small smirk, thinking that he shouldn’t get distracted. Though he wasn’t about to share his joke.
“Kadoya Tsukasa…” He repeated quietly. “Alright, I’ll let ya know.”

Re: Spyral Mission
Once he texted Shay his location, Akira came up beside Tsukasa. He leaned against the railing, his gaze to the street.
"Kadoya-san, correct?" As he watched, Akira rested his head in his hand. "All you're missing is a sign. Or did you bring one?" Was he taking this seriously? Well, yes, actually, despite his amused smile at his own joke.
Re: Spyral Mission
He tilted his head with a confident smirk before tipping the waitress and uncurling his crossed leg before standing up. "I think the thief's location should be fairly simple to be uncovered. He left quite a trail actually."
