He's standing nearby Tony because the last time he was in a lab like this he got bid by a Spider that gave him super powers. The Superpowers are cool. The feeling like he was going to die part? Not so much. Not to mention he'd had to be given several shots.

He glances up at the mention of INTERPOL, the very same one that Karen hacked about Brodie? They recognized Ash too. Peter glances around quickly to see where the boy is and then keeps listening to the others. He'd offer his help as Spider-Man, certainly but as Peter Parker?
