As soon as she recovered from dying, Tyzias was whisked off to Galar. And as soon as that whole mess was over with, she was roughing it in the wilderness fighting wild Pokemon hand-to-hand for all of two days before getting KO'd by Mewtwo. So she never actually got the chance to meet her gracious host.
Which is why when Tyzias wakes up in an unfamiliar bed with a steel weight keeping her pinned to the mattress, she panics, flailing her limbs in a comical display. It's only when she realizes that said steel weight on her chest is purring does she relax. Tyzias idly scratches her Meowth's ears for a moment before she panics again.
"SHIT!" Her powers! Nothing from her god-tier, nothing from her fragment of Bahamut, nothing from her asterisks, nothing from her spells... And to top it all off, it seems like she's lost her legitimately-gained strength and even her improved sight, judging by the fact that everything is weirdly blurry for the first time in sweeps.
